A simple spread sheet created back in 2004 to help a customer find the right oceanside condominium evolved into a full-fledged database program that keeps track of all condo activity on our St. Johns & St. Augustine Multiple Listing Service (MLS). All of my customers know that I am a "numbers" guy which I owe to 25 years in the personal computer business including writing software. On this website you'll find condos currently listed for sale along with vital info like how many days on the market, original price, condo fees, entry level (and elevator yes or no). All of the info that is really important.
For additional information that completes how to price or how much should you offer, you'll have to call or email me with that request. I have pendings, expireds, and most importantly, closings!
I welcome feedback and want to know what kinds of information you are looking for if you can't find it here and other things that we can do to improve our site. You'll find units for sale on this site. Units that have sold you'll have to call or email a request. My "Activity Reports" give you a tool whether you are a buyer or a seller. With an activity report you can pretty accurately predict a selling price for a particular condo.

I live, play, and work on Anastasia Island and have spent a lot of time learning about the different condominiums, especially those on the Island.
